Return Policy

Books
If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.
If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Books must remain sealed in their original clear cellophane wrapping to be eligible for exchange. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase. Please email us at nammu.academy@outlook.com with your order number to begin the return process for an online order.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and online courses, all purchases are final once access has been granted.
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course materials or digital content. Because these materials cannot be returned once delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products or courses.
If you experience technical issues accessing your course or digital materials, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Please email nammu.academy@outlook.comand include your order number along with a description of the issue.
By purchasing a digital product or course, you acknowledge that access to the content begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the digital content has been delivered.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping to European Union and international destinations will be available soon.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Digital products and online courses purchased through nammu.academy are delivered electronically. Access to course materials, downloads, or other digital content is typically provided immediately after purchase.

Use Caution When Opening: Do not force the spine flat, especially on new books, as this may damage the binding.
Keep Away from Liquids and Food: Avoid placing books near food or beverages to prevent spills and stains.
